1、 Purpose:

The 10-16 high-pressure centrifugal fan is designed for an annual output of 20000

T sulfuric acid furnace bottom ventilation, general forging and smelting furnaces, and high-pressure forced ventilation are widely used for material transportation. Suitable for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, unnatural, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 80 ℃. The dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium shall not exceed 150mg/m3.

2、 Type:

(1) This fan is single suction. There are four machine numbers: N06.8, 7.1, 7.4, and 8.1.

2) This fan can be made into two types: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation: when viewed from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise rotating fan, represented by "clockwise"; Rotate counterclockwise, known as counterclockwise rotating fan, represented by "counterclockwise".

(3) The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing, which can be made into three angles: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 ° for both forward and reverse directions.

(4) The transmission mode of the fan is D-type. And it is made into a whole structure, easy to install.

3、 Structure:

Composed of fan impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, integral bracket, etc.

(1) There are 14 long and 14 short blades on the impeller, all of which are forward curved blades. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

(2) The casing is welded with ordinary steel plates to form a snail shaped shell as a whole.

(3) The overall structure of the converging streamline shape of the air inlet is fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.

(4) The transmission system consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, coupling, and other components. The spindle is made of high-quality steel. The bearing box is an integral structure, using rolling bearings and mechanical lubrication for rolling bearings.
